Objectives:
With this project, VIANATECE ARTESANATO TECELAGEM, LDA intends to establish itself in its sector of activity, improving products in terms of quality and innovation, and shaping the company structurally and in marketing for the prospecting and consolidation of new markets and customers. The company intends to implement its internationalization process by investing in organizational and marketing innovation (commercial management tools, market studies, marketing, and communication planning).

Objectives and expected results:
