How does home delivery work?
If you chose home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves the warehouse), and another with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website).
Can the delivery country be different from the country of purchase?
Yes. The online store has the same products, however, shipping costs may vary.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Approximately 10 days for Portugal;
Approximately 15 days for Other Countries.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, in "My Orders" in your account, you can see the status of your orders and there is a link to track their exact location when they are managed by the shipping company. You will also receive an email with a link to track the parcel once the order is ready for dispatch.

Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
The photographs are taken with high quality with the aim of reproducing each product in detail; however, the different lighting used in their capture may alter the colors.
You may find differences in products where the raw material itself and its manufacturing process influence the final result, as is the case with handcrafted products.

Do I have to register to buy?
Yes, registration is required. Once registered, you can log in to make purchases and modify your personal data.
How can I find a specific article?
Products are categorized into 5 main categories (Bed, Table, Bath, Child, and Accessories), and each category is further divided into several subcategories. Access the subcategory you are interested in by hovering over the main category in the menu.
There are groups of items where you can choose sizes, colors, and purchase the ones that interest you most. You can also use the product search on the right side to find the items you are looking for.
How do I add an item to the cart?
Each item on our website has an "Add to Cart" icon, which, when clicked, automatically adds the item to your shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing at your leisure.
What steps should I follow to place an order?
After choosing the products you wish to order and completing customer registration, you will finalize your order with the necessary payment and delivery information.
This stage consists of 4 steps:
1. Validation of the "Shopping Cart";
2. Filling in "Billing Details";
3. Selection of the "Payment" method;
4. "Confirmation" of the Order.
Do I have access to my invoice?
Yes. The invoice will be sent with the goods in paper format and to your email digitally in PDF format.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Yes, the customer can cancel their order up to 48 hours after placing it. Cancellations can only be made via our helpline +351 258 350 113 (call to national landline) from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or at encomendas@letshome.pt
What happens if an item in my order arrives damaged?
We will replace it as soon as possible and at no cost to you.
